Take a moment to listen to the wonderful @midwife_alicia with @blackbabylossawareness week starting tomorrow. Check out our stories throughout the week as we reshare further information ๐Ÿ’œ

Posted @withregram โ€ข @perinatalmhpartnership Do take a listen to our friend @midwife_alicia as she discusses @blackbabylossawareness - an annual event focused on raising awareness and providing support for Black families who have experienced pregnancy and baby loss.

It was founded by @midwife_alicia and the 2025 edition of BBLAW will run from May 12-18.

BBLAW specifically addresses the disproportionate rates of pregnancy and infant loss in Black communities.

The week aims to educate communities about the resources and support available for navigating pregnancy loss and bereavement.

We here at @perinatalmhpartnership are proud to support Black Baby Loss Awareness Week

๐ŸŒ Celebrating Midwives, Everywhere ๐ŸŒ
Today, on International Day of the Midwife, we honour the incredible dedication of midwives around the world โ€” from rural clinics to bustling hospitals, their hands help bring life safely into the world every single day. ๐Ÿ‘ถโค๏ธ
Here in the UK and across the globe, midwives are essential to ensuring safe, respectful, and empowering care for mothers, babies, and families. Their knowledge, compassion, and tireless work are the backbone of maternal and newborn health.
At #All4Birth, we deeply value the vital role midwives play in supporting not just births, but the entire journey of parenthood โ€” from antenatal care to postnatal support.
๐Ÿ’™ Thank you, midwives, for all you do.

Such an important message to share during #infertilityawarenessweek

Posted @withregram โ€ข @preysmd I spent years believing health was about discipline. Eat clean. Exercise. Stay lean. But when I went through IVF, I realized how little of it was actually in my hands. My body wasnโ€™t something to micromanageโ€”it was something to support, to listen to, to work with instead of constantly trying to โ€œfix.โ€

So if youโ€™re in midlife, struggling with weight, hormones, or just feeling like you donโ€™t recognize yourself anymoreโ€”let this be your permission slip to stop blaming yourself. You are not failing. Your body is not betraying you. Itโ€™s shifting, evolving, adapting. And the best thing you can do? Support itโ€”not fight it.

This is a wonderful representation, always ensure youโ€™re being handed information with B.R.A.I.N to feel you have an informed understanding to make an informed choice!

Posted @withregram โ€ข @pregnahub_app Understanding risk matters! A โ€œ100% increaseโ€ sounds big, but if the starting number is small, the actual risk may still be low.

๐ŸŒฟโœจ Hello, Spring! ๐ŸŒธโ˜€๏ธ

As the wheel of the year turns, we welcome the season of renewal, growth, and light! ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒฟ The ancient Celts honored this time with **Ostara**, a festival marking the **Spring Equinox**โ€”a moment of perfect balance between day and night. This sacred time symbolizes fertility, abundance, and new beginnings. ๐Ÿฃ๐ŸŒธ

As the Earth reawakens, so do we! Now is the time to plant seeds (both literal & metaphorical), embrace fresh opportunities, and celebrate the return of warmth and life. ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ’

โœจ Ways to honor the season:
๐ŸŒท Spend time in natureโ€”watch the world bloom!
๐Ÿฅš Decorate eggs, an ancient symbol of fertility & rebirth.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Light a candle to welcome the returning sun.
๐ŸŒฟ Cleanse your space & set new intentions.

Spring is here, and magic is in the air! How are you celebrating? ๐ŸŒธโœจ #Ostara #SpringEquinox #HelloSpring
